They have 2 sides of adhesive and a white core to enable use on any color surface and with any color coating. Use with Doodlebug Sugar Coated Glitter or Crushed Velvet Flock. To use simply cut out the design from one of the rubbings sheets and use the included stick to transfer it onto the project. The rubbing is now ready for glitter or flock.
