Thanks for your interest in Live2scrapbook. We are an internet based store, located in Tucson, AZ. In business since 2004, our mission is to provide great Scrapbooking Supplies at a great price.   We strive to be your first choice for scrapbook supplies.  

Why buy from us?

SHIPPING:  We ship orders every weekday, Monday - Friday and typically ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Most orders will ship priority or global priority mail.  We offer a flat rate shipping charge, for your convenience.  The more you buy, the more you save!  Whenever possible, we will combine shipping and use flat rate envelopes & boxes.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:  If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, feel free to return any unopened item (within 7 days of receiving product please)!  We will refund your money (less all shipping charges), once we receive the item back. Please contact us before items are returned. 

INVENTORY:  We strive to carry the very newest releases from some of your favorite manufacturers.  Occasionally, we do run out of stock on items that are listed. In the rare case that this happens, we will contact you before we ship your order and work out a solution that best meets your needs.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY:  At Live2scrapbook, we strive to do our part!  
- Our operating electricity is generated using a photovoltaic array on our sunny Arizona roof top! 
- We put considerable effort into packing to ensure all outgoing packages are properly sized and as full as they can be.  This takes time, but the denser package uses less energy to ship, contains less packing material for you to recycle, and the increased efficiency helps us keep our prices low. 
- When requested, we will remove bulky bubble packs from individual items to further improve efficiency. 
- We re-use incoming dunnage first, then use mostly paper dunnage of our own. 
- We recycle our trash.
